My name is Dr. Lacie (Howell) Lewandowski PT, DPT.
I am a physical therapist and owner of Move Mountains PT. With over 4 years of experience, I specialize in pelvic health which entails assessment and treatment of urinary, bowel, and sexual health and rehab, from a holistic, musculoskeletal and nervous system approach.
I love hiking, riding my bike, rock climbing, disc golf, cooking, reading, and playing with my cats. Thoroughly enjoy exploring the PNW with my husband Shane.
